Launch checks (run in staging first)

[ ] Add [leadatlas_form] to a page and confirm it renders.

[ ] Submit a valid test lead and confirm success message appears.

[ ] Test bot trap: fill the hidden company field and confirm block.

[ ] Submit invalid email and confirm server validation blocks it.

[ ] Download CSV from Dashboard and validate columns.

[ ] Verify webhook payload if configured.

[ ] Confirm email notification is delivered.

[ ] Check mobile view and shortcode rendering.

Expected fields: name, email, phone (optional), message, created date, source URL.
